This was a great spot. Very clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. Host was very responsive to a couple questions I had. We loved Greenville and hope to come back someday. Would definitely stay here again!!

Dan's place is just as listed clean, comfortable beds easy to find close to the covention center. Dan is quick to respond and helpful I recommend Dan's place and will stay again when in Greenville.

Dan's place quaint and comfortable. It's well priced and has everything we needed. We love Swamp Rabbit Grocery and Cafe which is a short walk away as well as the trail for longer walks/runs/bike rides. Dan was very responsive and instructions were very clear. The space provided us a nice home base while we were in town.

I didn't need the multiple rooms but it was a nice surprise (I didn't pay attention) each room was clean and equipped with TV and alexa equipped as well it was perfect for me nice and cozy and will definitely stay again
