We have stayed with Dan before and as always our stay was absolutely amazing, Dan is the perfect host. He is responsive and gets all needed information across quickly and clearly. The place is beautiful, this is a different unit that we stayed in the first time and we fall in love even more. You cannot get better than Dan’s places as far as affordability and bang for your buck, you definitely will not regret this stay.

For a family of four, this place was just right—cozy without feeling cramped. It’s located right off a busy street, but since my husband and I are not light sleepers, the noise didn’t bother us at all. In fact, we hardly noticed any traffic at night.
We’d definitely stay here again if we come back to Greenville. Although the listing says there’s no washer or dryer, we were pleasantly surprised to find both available. That made a big difference, especially since we were in town for our son’s soccer camp.
Dan was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.
One thing to note: only one parking spot is guaranteed, and any additional parking is first-come, first-served. We made it work with two vehicles, as we live about an hour away and had to travel home a few times to check on our dogs.
Overall, the home was very clean and well-maintained, and we had a great experience.
