Dan’s place was nice and clean when we arrived. Super simple to get checked in and a great location for where we needed to go in Greenville. Would recommend and would stay again!

Amazing stay, I would highly recommend this space for future travelers. I felt right at home. Great space, good internet, big bed, big TV’s everything you would need to feel right at home.

Everything was clean and had everything I needed for a short-term stay. This actually my second stay with Dan, my first was during hurricane Helene and it was my last night in town, I felt very safe, I had no idea at the time of the devastation outside of the walls. The light of day the next morning was eye opening, as you can imagine, I when into recovery mode as I returned to my home amidst the chaos of Helene's aftermath and neglected to leave a review. So, this is for both stays, the rooms are equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom (with complimentary hygiene products), free wifi, and washer and dryer units. The house rules were simple and reasonable. My husband and I enjoyed our stay in the area.

This was a great deal! The room was clean and the appliances worked perfectly. I appreciated the kitchen amenities and the complimentary K-Cups. It was only a short drive to the Swamp Rabbit Trail and all the shops/cafes.

Dan’s place was exactly as described, very clean and exactly what I needed for the weekend. I enjoyed a lovely, peaceful walk around the neighborhood each morning. It was an easy, quick commute to downtown. I’d definitely stay again when traveling to Greenville!

Great little apartment in an excellent location, close to Swamp Rabbit trail. Check in was super easy and Dan was very responsive to comms. I'd definitely stay again when I'm in the area.

A little hard to find in the dark, but access was easy. The place was clean and what we expected. If you’re looking for an inexpensive, Clean place to stay close to downtown, this place works. The tv was great, kitchen equipped and the AC was amazing. The immediate street is nice and quiet with all new homes, but the neighborhood to the left when coming out of the parking lot is sketch. I wouldn’t walk that way, especially at night. We would stay again!

Great place, super close to down town. Nice ,quiet getaway. You are tucked away in a very convenient location. Super pleased with my stay. The chair in the bedroom,massages. I don’t believe that was in the description of the room. So I was very pleased with that. Just a little something something Everything was pristine. Bed comfy, shower clean! I hope to stay again sometime. Responsive host. I recommend.

We chose this place because it was close to our friends that just had a baby. We came into town to meet her. We were also excited to discover that it was about 1 minute from The Swamp Rabbit! Our place was literally just as described and as the pictures depicted! Our bed was so comfortable! We never had to reach out to Dan for anything. He was so proactive to ask us about our check-in and if we needed anything! We only stayed one night but we will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit! The inside was completely updated and had everything we could have needed!
