Great place for weekend. Ten minute drive to downtown. Quiet area. Dan was quick to respond and extremely helpful in getting problem fixed. I made a few suggestions that would make the place the perfect home and he seemed very receptive and said he would handle that for future guests. I would seek Dan and this place if I’m back in the area again.

Great stay overall. I was traveling for work, and this place made it very convenient and comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus. I’d happily stay here again.

We absolutely loved our experience at this space and cannot recommend it enough. My husband and I can’t thank Dan enough for such a wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, we genuinely felt at home. The space was comfortable, welcoming, and exactly as described (if not better). Dan was incredibly responsive and attentive, which made us feel completely at ease throughout our stay. We had an amazing time and created such special memories here. If you’re considering booking, don’t hesitate! This is a place you’ll be glad you chose, and a host you can trust. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our family had so much fun in Greenville! This is a great launching point if your trip is focused on biking the Swamp Rabbit Trail like ours was. My children and I navigated the quiet back streets to the trail for daily adventures, which always started or ended with a stop at the nearby Swamp Rabbit Grocery and cafe.

The stay was pleasant, the location is quiet, safe and very peaceful. The only observation I would make is that the air conditioning/heating works well in the bedroom. In the living room area, it's not as efficient. During this winter period, the kitchen was colder, but the temperature is really best in the bedroom. I recommend it!

We had a great stay at Dan's while in town for a family wedding. The house is super spacious with plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean. It is centrally located to great restaurants and Falls Park. Dan was very communicative and flexible for a late check out. We would be happy to stay again!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for Christmas and had an amazing experience—10/10! The place was very affordable, extremely private, clean, and cozy. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had absolutely no complaints.

This was a great spot. Very clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. Host was very responsive to a couple questions I had. We loved Greenville and hope to come back someday. Would definitely stay here again!!

Dan's place is just as listed clean, comfortable beds easy to find close to the covention center. Dan is quick to respond and helpful I recommend Dan's place and will stay again when in Greenville.
