I’ve stayed in the apartment for 4 weeks. It fully matches the description, is clean, located within about 7 minute walking distance to the Swamp Rabbit trail - which I used to walk to the Unity park quite often (about 30 minute walk from the apartment to the Unity park). There is also a small and beautiful park nearby. Dan has been very responsive and friendly.

Great place, great stay! This place is very very with the price, has pretty much everything needed for a great / relaxing stay. You would almost expect to hear people and it be noisy but this could not be more untrue. The beds were also very very comfy, Would definitely recommend!

This place was a great for my small family (my husband, me, and our dogs). Close to everything we needed, clean, and very private and quiet. The washer and dryer were top notch and very fast as well! Would stay here again for sure.

Dan’s places are always great, whatever he has in the listing is exactly what you get! Never any surprises! Whenever I’m in the Greenville area I look specifically for a place he is renting! Do yourself a favor and use his services!!!

Dan’s place was wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and Dan was very helpful. Check in and check out were very easy and place was exactly like described. Highly recommend!

For this stay, the house was perfect! I appreciated the extras like coffee pods, bottled water in the fridge, washer and dryer in the unit. The location has easy access to Wade Hampton and other main streets/routes. It's a definite consideration for future stays!

I very much enjoyed my stay. The space functions very well, everything I needed was there. It was clean and comfortable and it’s close to downtown, plenty to do and see minutes away. Recommend highly.

Perfect for couples. More economical than a hotel for long-term stays. Minutes away by car from amazing Unity Park leading into the Rabbit Trail linked to Falls Park on Reedy. Dan was a great host and a pleasure to communicate with. The unit was extremely clean and cozy. I will 100% book with Dan whenever I’m in Greenville!!!
